San Antonio · Independent web & app developer

See it working
before you spend a dollar.

I build websites and iPhone apps for local businesses — and I build the first version before you commit. You judge working software, not a proposal deck. Then you own all of it: the code, the accounts, the domain. Everything.

Recent builds

Full iPhone apps, running in your browser.

Laika Cheesecakes & Espresso — menu, ordering, four locations — built as a working pitch before the first meeting. Ares, a training app with programs, live workout logging, and analytics. Not wireframes, not mockups: the actual products, playable right now.

Services & pricing

Three things, priced in plain sight.

Business website

from $2,500

Custom-designed, custom-coded, fast on phones, launched in weeks. Built on hosting in your name — or I’ll repair and modernize the site you already have.

  • Design + build, fixed bid
  • Performance and SEO fundamentals
  • Every account in your name

iPhone app

from $6,500

From working demo to the App Store, published under your business’s own Apple account. Square integration — loyalty, ordering, payments — is part of the scope, not an add-on.

  • App Store launch, handled end to end
  • Square POS, loyalty & Apple Pay
  • You own the code outright

Ongoing care

from $495/mo

One person who knows your whole stack. Content and price updates, monitoring, OS and platform updates — text me and it’s handled.

  • 4 hours of work included monthly
  • 1-business-day response
  • Cancel at any month boundary after year one

Fixed bids, not hourly mysteries: a deposit up front, the rest tied to milestones you can see working. Prices are floors for a focused scope — you get one written number before work starts, plus applicable Texas sales tax.

The part that’s different

Rented software disappears.
Yours doesn’t.

App platforms remove your app from the store when you stop paying. Some agencies keep your domain in their name. I do the opposite — on purpose, in writing.

  • You own the code.Delivered and documented, yours outright on full payment.
  • You own the accounts.Domain, hosting, Apple, Square — all in your name. I’m named as admin, never owner.
  • You get an owner’s manual.Plain-English docs so any developer could take over. I plan to be worth keeping — not impossible to replace.

How I work

Three steps, no relay race.

01

I build first.

Tell me what you sell and who you serve. I come back with a working demo — not a slide deck — so the first decision you make is about something real.

02

You pay by milestone.

A deposit starts the work; every payment after that is tied to something you can try on your own phone. A 30-day warranty follows each delivery.

03

Launch, then stay fast.

Domains, SSL, App Store review — handled. After launch I stay on as your technical point of contact under a monthly care plan sized to what you run.

Straight answers

Good terms make good partnerships.

Who owns the domain and the accounts?01

You do, from day one. Registrar, hosting, Apple Developer, Square — everything is created in or transferred to your name, and I work through delegated access. If we ever part ways, you lose nothing.

Is this template work?02

No. Every site and app is designed and coded for your business. The speed comes from an AI-accelerated development workflow — not from forcing your brand into someone else’s layout.

What does “from” pricing mean?03

It’s the floor for a focused scope. Before any work starts you get one fixed number in writing for your specific project, and it doesn’t change without a written change order you approve.

Can you fix or take over an existing site?04

Yes — rescues welcome. Slow WordPress installs, abandoned builds, hosting mysteries. I’ll audit what you have first and tell you honestly whether it needs repair or replacement.

What about Apple’s App Store rules?05

I handle the whole path: your business’s Apple Developer enrollment, certificates, review submission, and the fixes if Apple pushes back. Apps publish under your account, so the listing is yours forever.

What happens if we stop working together?06

You keep everything that’s been paid for — code, content, accounts, documentation. Care plans end at a month boundary. No hostage situations; the owner’s manual exists so the next developer can pick up where I left off.

Ready when you are

Tell me what you sell.
I’ll show you what I’d build.

One email starts it: your business, your customers, and the change you want. The first thing you’ll see back is something you can click.
